Contact

Contact

The simplest way to get in touch is the enquiry form on this page. It takes a minute or two, and the team will reply using the contact method you choose.

How should we contact you?

Include your country code, for example +971.

Please don't include detailed medical history, X-rays or photos here. That can be discussed at your consultation.

A request is not a confirmed appointment. The team will contact you to arrange a time.

Sending an enquiry

The form asks for your name, one way to contact you, the area of dentistry you are interested in and a preferred time to be contacted. There is also space for a short question if you would like to add one.

You do not need to know which treatment you want. Many people get in touch simply because something about their teeth is bothering them, or because they would like a second view on a plan they have been given. Choosing the closest area of interest is enough.

Helpful to include

  • A brief description of what you would like to discuss, such as a chipped front tooth or an old crown
  • Whether you are in Dubai or planning to visit from elsewhere
  • The time of day that suits you for a reply
  • Whether you have recent dental X-rays or records you could bring

Please leave out detailed medical information

Please do not include detailed medical history, medicines, test results or photographs of your teeth in the form. Your medical background matters and will be discussed and recorded properly at your appointment. Keeping enquiries brief also keeps your personal information safer. The privacy notice explains how enquiry details are handled.

What happens next

  1. Your enquiry is received

The team reads your message and notes the area of interest and your preferred contact time.

  2. The team contacts you

You will be contacted using the method you gave, to talk through your enquiry and answer any initial questions.

  3. A consultation is arranged, if you wish

If you would like to go ahead, a consultation time is agreed with you. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything, and it is not a confirmed booking.

If you are planning a visit from abroad

If you live outside the UAE, it helps to mention this in your enquiry, along with roughly when you expect to be in Dubai. The team can explain how a first assessment works. Treatment can be planned properly only after an examination in person, so please read the patient information page before making travel plans.

Urgent problems

The enquiry form is not monitored for emergencies. If you have severe pain, swelling of the face or neck, difficulty swallowing or breathing, bleeding that will not stop or an injury to the face or mouth, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Before you get in touch

Many common questions are answered on the FAQs page. If you already know you would like to arrange an appointment, you can go straight to the consultation request page.

Questions

Frequently asked

General answers only. Your dentist will explain what applies to you.

How quickly will I receive a reply?

The team will try to contact you at the time you prefer. Enquiries are answered during the practice's working hours, so a message sent late in the day may be picked up on the next working day.

Can I ask a question without booking a consultation?

Yes. You can use the form to ask a general question. Advice about your own teeth, however, depends on an examination, so the reply may suggest a consultation if your question needs one.

Can I send photographs of my teeth?

Please do not attach photographs or detailed medical information to the form. If records would help, the team will explain how they can be shared safely, and Dr Abbasov will take any records he needs at your appointment.

In this conversation Dr Abbasov describes single-visit crowns. Whether one visit is suitable, and how long it takes, depends on a clinical assessment; complex cases may need more than one appointment.
